I have never been good at healthy eating. But I’m getting pretty close to 30 here and know I need to at least start trying, and I can’t believe how hard it is. I’m so freaking picky, and while I do try things! Stuff that tastes gross makes my throat kinda close up and makes me feel like I’m going to gag. It makes it really difficult to push through, which is annoying, because I know that there are certain things that I could get used to if I could just make myself eat them somewhat regularly. >.<
I don’t even like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I’m not generally a peanut butter fan. I did apples with peanut butter and that was actually doable if not yummy. I need to get the non crunchy type; by the time I was getting close to done with the apple, the texture was really starting to get to me. (We have crunchy because Bae actually likes peanut butter and likes the crunchy kind.)
But! I have discovered jelly on a piece of bread is pretty good. Probably still not the greatest but still certainly better than a bag of chips right? Which was my go to snack before. So… that’s something!
