Your weight does not determine your worth, your body holds your organs and keeps you alive, and it needs nutrients to do that. Diets do not equal being healthy. Eating healthy is giving your body all sorts of food that it needs to survive. Listen to your body, do not ignore your hunger, please do not feel guilty for eating what your body needs. Appetite suppressants, detox diets,etc, have no scientific evidence, they are literal fat-shaming, guilt-tripping frauds. 🖕🏻
