I feel like this applies to most retail/customer service based jobs
As we get closer to the Holiday Shopping Season, this becomes my mantra to everyone around me
welcome to the season of me being emotionally drained from being nice to people who don’t deserve it (aka everyone who gets upset at me over the above list). if people started out understanding, retail would be so much easier.
