I literally was working at an office where the managers disguised half of the nature of the job, and let me tell you….

If you ever apply for one of those jobs where you’re supposed to answer a multiple-question personality test, the only way to have a hope of getting your resume seen is to lie on the damn test. It’s a gated community controlled by a computer program, and the only way to get past it is to give it the answers you know it’s looking for.

Employers don’t want the real you, they want people who are willing to put on a mask and lie about who they are just to have a shot at the fucking job.
