Like I already lost all the XP I would have gained from the matches I got kicked out of, so fuck you very much.
This is the bane of my existence. I get that they want to keep people from rage quitting, and Bae insists there’s no way Blizzard can tell a rage quit from an internet drop, but by god is this infuriating!!!
I mean isn’t forfeiting xp for the unfinished match bad enough? I pulled a six player kill streak just before my internet died.
Also if they are gonna be this strict they should have a Suspend option for when you need to be inactive for more than five seconds cuz i dunno your cat puked or your elderly relative needs your help.
I don’t think Arcade has extra punishment for leaving a game early, so they probably think that’s enough. >.<
I have probably spent hours at this point bitching at the bae and he just shrugs because he can’t imagine a better solution. Honestly, just have that punishment only for competitive come o oon
It affects all play modes for me. Yeah I get noping out of competitions is bad but in quick play? i backfill so many games, clearly they can manage to keep a game playable even if someone disconnects.
75% is just way too steep anyway.

It was all for Quick plays, I had real patchy internet yesterday and lost connection for about… five games? A warning would have been nice.

Yeah. A warning definitely should have happened. And I mean, I know the game is a little more concerned with Quickplay than Arcade, but it’s not like it’s competitive. Sheesh. 😫😤

I get sky fucking salty playing this game. I raage when I lag out and loose all that xp. And I get really fucking despairing when the games starts repeatedly matching up the teams badly so we lose miserably over and over again. (Happens more often in Arcade it seems. ESPECIALLY mystery heroes.) I should honestly probably quit the game buuuuuut…. 🤷🏼♀️ I can’t
