High school teachers: I’m not going to share my political beliefs because it could get me fired and replaced by a turnip who won’t even try to teach you to think for yourself, and I know that if I give you enough tools and information you can figure this out for yourself. College professors: I come from a tradition of dissent with meaningful tenure protections and my colleagues will have my back if the administration tries anything. Also, the Board is mostly isolated from hiring and tenure decisions. *out loud* Fuck Trump.
