Amy and Harry were kind of hard to rank. That seems to generally be the case for me with 2 and 3 on these. Though even Donna and Harry were hard. Harry really is a great character, but there’s just something about how pointedly Ordinary they made Donna at the start and that message about how inherently extraordinary humans are that Donna was capable of such heroism and complexity and growth is so beautiful. Also, loud mouthed, non-sexulized women demanding space can often be my aesthetic. =P
