Definition:
When privileged screenwriters insinuate their bigoted opinions into marginalized characters’ dialogue, thus forcing marginalized actors to be their mouthpieces, and promote their views.
I feel like we need a name to identify this behavior, especially considering the shit I’ve been seeing lately on television – Kimmy Schmidt, OITNB, The Daily Show, etc.
