A before, during, and after shot for @thoughtfulproxy because now that the process is over and fairly successful (there’s some brassier bits here and there but mostly I’m happy) I don’t feel so bad posting the brown/blonde experiment, haha!

Nice! Yeah, I’ve definitely grown to see you iconically as a blonde. The brown is strange. Not bad! It’s rather nifty really. But I love the blonde. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Thanks!! Nifty but strange…that’s a good description I think. On longer hair and someone who isn’t me I’d love it a lot more. I have to accept that I’m stuck with blonde, oh what a burden!

Nothing wrong with being blonde! (says a natural blonde who’s not biased at all ¬.¬). Also, always feel free to let me know if I should use replies instead of reblogs. I like not having to limit my characters, but I can manage it if preferred!

I’m always a bit envious of natural blondes and older folk with full heads of white hair while I’m over here bleaching away, lol!

Oh no, reblogs are fine – I always tag if I don’t want to so if I don’t then assume it’s ok. They’re easier when I’m on my phone, it’s super annoying that the app doesn’t have a reply-to-replies button yet.

(Speaking of replies – yeah regional variations in common phrases are funny that way, at least the meaning gets across though, maybe we’re gentler – or just lazier – out here!)

I did the bleach for a little while (well, my cousin bleached my hair for me), and I really love it, but it does seem to be soo much work and something’s going to be stained. Altho, I was having it done with long, thick hair, so that might have played a part.

And that’s good to know! I’m glad I read your tags.

Haha, it’s probably the US maybe being more aggressive. =P ¯_(ツ)_/¯
