Omg, told someone today that I don’t ever want kids. They nearly started in on them, and I told them to stop. (”I’ve never wanted kids; I have literally heard this before a million times.) They were like, ‘okay, it’s cool. You might not have children, but you’ll come to a time that you’ll wonder.’
And I responded, ‘Yeah. Of course I will, And I’ll wonder about A LOT A LOT of other things too. That’s literally life.’ The above response would have been better, but at the moment he’s in blissful love with his baby girl, so I figured he’d find a way to make it backfire.
