Oh lordy. This will be tough. I feel like I’ll need to qualify my answers…
Saionji is the best among them. Not a mass murderer or serial rapist. He’s done some shit, but he is clearly not as bad as the rest of these.
Kylo Ren probably should come next. He does appear to be a mass murderer. I’m kind of expecting the movies to try and do some reveal where he’s not as bad as he seems possibly, so that’s why I say ‘appears.’ They have him announce orders against the village but only kills the one guy, and Hux seems to be the driving force of the world destroying, though of course Kylo did nothing to stop that. I’m wondering how much coercion is going to be placed him in later. I don’t believe he’ll be redeemable, but they may try to make him ‘less bad.’
Ozai is next. He’s pretty damn bad. Xenophobia essentially which is ultimately linked to prejudice. Add to that the power the Fire Nation had all over the globe turns it international. Lots of deaths are intimately on his shoulders. It’s not any excuse, but he was raised in that position all his life and is essentially brainwashed. He’s almost certainly never Seen the horrors he’s placed on the world. Buut, he was an abusive psychopath dad and all that. Like, he’s super bad, but I just don’t know if he’s in league with Vol and Joe given that I don’t think he has the awareness they do.
Immortan Joe This was hard. It’s hard to look at The Five and Furiosa and the Wretched and not put him in the lowest spot. He gets above Vol because he believes he’s doing a society a favor in a world where the allocation of resources is genuinely a very difficult thing to figure out adequately. I don’t really have any sympathy for the douchbag, but his discrimination seems to be against women, and at least he’s not mass murdering them? I mean, he’s not explicitly trying to kill anyone who isn’t white or something?
Voldemort has to go last. Mass murdering, psychopathic, nearly immortal racist (essentially). I’ve certainly noticed how all his death eaters are white dudes. I know it’s about the wizard blood but… yeah. And that’s bad in it’s own right. Pretty sure after he got rid of ‘muggle borns,’ he’d either just move onto the muggles themselves or at found a way to enslave them somehow or another.
