i take it extremely personally when someone blames a girl for looking older that her age when it comes to being harassed, assaulted or anything that makes her a victim. I didn’t ask to have breasts at a young age, to develop curves early because my cycle began early and you better believe the same is true of ALL young girls. We don’t ask for harassment we are already gonna receive our whole life to start so early we don’t even have a childhood. I didn’t ask for men to give me vulgar gestures or follow me in the mall when i was 12 and holding my father’s hand. I didn’t ask to be honked at by disgusting truck drivers while waiting for the school buses to leave. I didn’t even dress to show off my curves until i was 18/19 because men made me feel gross about my body 

so disgusted by people blaming CHILDREN for puberty when they sure as fuck can’t control it
